Over three days of personalized real estate touring, ITA Global introduces you to the neighborhoods, the property types and the people who make relocation work, from realtors and attorneys to residency specialists and healthcare providers. It is, in ITA Global's words, “not a traditional sightseeing vacation.”

Clear terms, before you travel.
- Flight timing. International arrivals must land at Tocumen before 12:00 PM on Day 1.
- No obligation. The program is for discovery. There is no obligation to purchase.
- Reimbursement. Purchase a property of $200,000 or more and your package cost is reimbursed.
- Availability. Tee times and massage appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
- 30+ daysbefore departureFull refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
- Within 30 daysPartial refund. A $350 cancellation fee and a $50 processing fee are deducted. Visa fees are nonrefundable.
- Within 10 daysNo refund. Payments may be used as credit toward travel within 12 months, minus the processing fee.
Cancellations must be made in writing to travel@itaglobal.com. Refunds can take up to 90 business days.
